- A federal jury convicted a man earlier this week in the April 12 shooting death of Tulsa bicyclist, Maurice Burgess. Devon Blevins, 28, was found guilty of first-degree murder in Indian Country and discharging a firearm. The driver of the car, 21-year-old Jacob Banks, pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact to first-degree murder. (KTUL)
- One of Tulsa's most prominent Halloween celebrations, Brookside's "BooHaHa," has been pushed back for the second straight year. The decision is the organizers' response to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in Tulsa. The event date is now set for 2022. (kjrh.com)
- Tulsa Botanic Garden has announced a road detour around ongoing construction and asks that guests watch for directional signs during their next visit to find parking and the Visitors' Center. (KTUL)
