Here are the top stories in Tulsa today:
- Two Tulsa organizations have received grants totaling more than $640,000 from the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA). The grants are part of the "Build to Scale" program administered annually by the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA). The program aims to accelerate technology entrepreneurship by increasing inclusive access to business support and startup capital. (Tulsa World)
- Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting that took place at a QuikTrip near 71st and Riverside. Officers say an argument between two men ended with a bullet almost hitting the store. Officers say they have surveillance video of the shooting, but they have not identified anyone involved in the shooting. (News On 6)
- Tulsa police say local man William Powers stole a FedEx truck with driver in the back. (KOKI FOX 23)
- A woman in a mobility scooter was hit and killed by car on 46th Street North near Peoria in what Tulsa police call a tragic accident. (News On 6)
- Tulsa man Clinton Jones is starting a mobile meat market, Black Wall Street Mobile Meat Shop, to provide and deliver fresh cut meats, on-demand. (KTUL)
