Because public education is demanding more money than the state takes in, let's streamline the system. Have one county superintendent. Do away with grade definition, replace with curriculum points that would allow graduation upon completion. Counter the graduation with at least a 2.75. Thus each student will advance at their rated ability and graduate with the ability to continue their education.
