Here are the top stories in Tulsa today:

1. Relaxed masking rules have gone into effect at some Tulsa public schools this week. Starting yesterday, students and staff at standalone high school campuses are no longer expected to wear a mask while indoors. The updated guidelines will be applied to elementary schools, middle and junior high schools starting Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022. However, the district is continuing to recommend that all students and staff wear a mask while on TPS properties. (KRMG)
2. The cost of propane is finally going down in Tulsa and nationwide after an inventory shortage led to a price hike this summer. A warm start to colder months and low demand is bringing the price down and keeping the supply steady. Local business leaders aren't concerned with the current propane inventory in Oklahoma. 3. U.S. Marshals are currently seeking Carlos Banegas, 31, who violated federal probation after being released from prison. Marshals say Banegas was last seen in the Tulsa area and has a violent history involving drug and gun violations. (news9.com KWTV)
4. Police are asking the public to help them track down the thieves who broke into a Tulsa boutique near 12th and Lewis and stole $20,000 worth of merchandise. Authorities believe the two suspects, who were caught on security camera, may try to sell the stolen dresses online. (KOKI FOX 23)
5. After scaling back its volunteer workforce during the height of the pandemic last year, Meals on Wheels in Tulsa is ramping up again and needs more volunteers to help out during the holiday season. (News On 6)
