River West Redevelopment Infrastructure Work In Progress In Tulsa

South Jackson Avenue is closed at West 21st Street for construction of a large storm sewer box between Jackson Avenue and the Arkansas River. The road closure is scheduled to last until mid-March 2021.

This work is part of infrastructure improvements by the City of Tulsa in partnership with the Tulsa Housing Authority’s River West redevelopment project in the Eugene Field neighborhood. Through the Improve Our Tulsa sales tax, in this area the City of Tulsa is constructing waterlines, sanitary sewer lines, stormwater drainage structures, and streets.
