- Tulsa police said around midnight on Friday morning, officers spotted Tommy Carmichel driving a white truck in West Tulsa. He refused to pull over and was heading towards the same area investigators found Carmichel's mother, 69-year-old Carol Longacre, dead in a bathtub on Wednesday evening. During Friday morning's chase, police sent officers to the home where the homicide happened to get ahead of Carmichel. He pulled up to the house and tried to get inside before shooting himself. - Tulsa Police say one person was stabbed multiple times overnight at an apartment complex near 71st and South Lewis. According to police, a resident at the complex said his neighbors downstairs were being too loud, so he went downstairs to confront them. Police say during the confrontation, the resident ended up stabbing his downstairs neighbor with a box cutter five times, including in the neck and face. (News On 6)
