The plan was unanimously endorsed by the project steering committee last week. Following this presentation, the DCC will host two virtual public forums to present the plan and its recommendations to Downtown stakeholders and solicit feedback on Tues., Aug. 11, at 9:30 a.m. and on Wed., Aug. 12, at noon.

P.U.M.A. was retained last fall by the City of Tulsa and DCC to lead a strategic planning process to assess the current state of management practices and develop a series of recommendations for organizational improvements. Since that time, more than 200 Downtown stakeholders were convened in focus groups and roundtable discussions and nearly 4,000 Tulsans provided feedback through a community survey. The plan is a culmination of these community inputs.
