  1. Sperry police say a traffic stop took a violent turn when a woman hit an officer with her vehicle. Around 1:30 a.m., an officer fired shots at a driver who was trying to run him over. After getting shot in the hand, the driver fled and led Sperry officers on a chase into north Tulsa before crashing. (KTUL)
  2. A federal judge has sentenced a Tulsa man to 4 years in prison after his children died in a hot car in 2020. Dustin Dennis pleaded guilty in July to child neglect charges. According to prosecutors, Dennis was on drugs when he fell asleep in his apartment in June of 2020. (News On 6)
  3. An Afghan refugee will be reunited with family in Tulsa this week. (KOKI FOX 23)
