- This week, the Mayor's Office of Resilience and Equity (MORE) and the Community Service Council (CSC) released the fourth annual Tulsa Equality Indicators report, which gave the city an overall 2021 score of 39.2 out of 100. This is an increased trend from the 2018 baseline score of 38.28. These increases primarily reflect progress within the themes of Services, Education, and Economic Opportunity. "Our effort to position Tulsa as a globally competitive, world-class city through our work in economic and community development is helping shape the future of our city for the better," Mayor G.T. - The Tulsa Christmas Parade is making its comeback tomorrow after a pandemic hiatus in 2020. Organizers say this year's parade is expected to be "bigger and better than ever," with 68 community float entries. The holiday tradition kicks off at 11 a.m. on the corner of E. 6th St. and S. - As Tulsa Police Chief Wendell Franklin wraps up his second year of tenure, he says there's been "a lot of recent turnovers" at the supervisor level at TPD.
