  1. A woman is in hospital with multiple wounds after being stabbed by a man behind an apartment complex in north Tulsa. The woman was brought to the hospital, where her injuries were not found to be life-threatening. The suspect was apprehended by police officers and Tulsa police say they have been to the same apartment complex before for situations involving the same suspect. (KTUL)
  2. A Tulsa minister is inviting area congregations to participate in a racial unity event. Rev. W.R. Casey, president of the Tulsa Christian Ministers Alliance, is urging church pastors and congregations in Bartlesville and surrounding areas to come together as one on the first Sunday in October. The unity service usually coincides with Worldwide Communion Day, which is the first Sunday in October. Casey encourages pastors throughout Oklahoma to seek out sister congregations of different races to develop relationships and trade pulpits on occasion. (Examiner Enterprise)
  3. Tulsa police are searching for a man with multiple health conditions who has been missing for three weeks. (KTUL)
  4. A late summer storm hit Tulsa on Wednesday evening causing tree damage and power outages. (News On 6)
  5. Animal Aid of Tulsa, a nonprofit dedicated to saving abused, sick, or injured cats and dogs, is facing a setback after an AC unit was stolen from their property. (News On 6)
