• 4 seriously hurt in crash on Hwy 26 near Banks; Road closed in both directions (kptv.com) — Highway 26 near Banks was shut down in both directions Friday evening after a two-car crash at the Highway 47 junction left four people seriously injured, one airlifted by LifeFlight. Banks Fire District crews responded and traffic was detoured into Banks while emergency workers treated victims and cleared the scene, with officials releasing only limited details so far.
