Accused Murderer Now Charged with Rape

Roger Gastelum-Medina was arrested in June, charging with killing Yusuf Sharif. He now faces rape and drug charges.

An accused murderer now faces rape and drug charges as well.

Roger Gastelum-Medina was arrested in June, charged with killing Yusuf Sharif in Aloha.

At the time, he was charged with murder and unlawful use of a weapon.

A grand jury this week added five counts of rape, five counts of sex abuse and one count of giving methamphetamine to a minor.

The rape and sex abuse charges stem from contact that he allegedly had with a minor between March and June of this year.
