A Salem sweet shop with a viral pastry is about to open near Portland (hereisoregon.com) — A Salem-based dessert shop known for its viral Mousse Crunch pastries is opening a large new location on Southwest Broadway in the Modera Beaverton apartments, planned for early 2027.
