- Today is National Get Funky Day! NationalDayCalendar.com says it's the right time to "[wear] the brightest clothes, dance to happy music, smile, laugh, let your hair down, high five, and hug people. Have a party, help a neighbor, be positive and have fun!" In honor of the occasion, perchance try stretching those vocal cords at Studio 10 Karaoke & Bar or start a free 7-day trial at Burn Bootcamp (they're very generous with the high fives!).
- It's also National Mental Health Awareness Week, which is a great reminder to take some time for some self-care. That might mean streaming your favorite sitcoms, taking a nature walk at one of our amazing THPRD parks or even treating yourself to an amazing massage from a talented, local LMT like @katiehagen_lmt.
