Beaverton's Spyglass Hill - a 137-apartment complex in Murrayhill - has been sold to a California real estate firm.
The Portland Business Journal reports that Pacific Urban Residential, which owns some 17,000 units around the country, paid $25.4 million
The paper reports that the community was 98 percent leases.
