Emilio Karas and Ellie Johnson have rented space in the Garage Sale Warehouse, a Beaverton antique mall, for their own brewery.

While they get it real, they are going to be operating a food cart in the parking lot.

Per Willamette Week, the food cart will open May 5 and they will start selling beer made by others. They hope to have the necessary permits to start brewing on their own.

At that point, they will open Hyggely Brewing.
