Beaverton Mayor Makes it to the Ballot with No Challengers
Denny Doyle is set for a third term as no one files to run against him.

Mayor Denny Doyle won't have to worry come May.
The deadline to get on the ballot came and went this week with no one filing to challenge the two-term mayor.
Doyle was first elected in 2008, defeating then-incumbent Rob Drake (in the interest of disclosure, my wife was hired by Drake to work for the city and continued under Doyle but left several years ago).
