“Windermere Stellar believes in the permanency, community and caring relationships that Bridge Meadows builds for its residents, and we are proud to have been their partner since the beginning,” Windermere Stellar co-owner Joan Allen, who also serves on the Bridge Meadows Board of Directors, said in a statement. “With the Beaverton expansion, Bridge Meadows will further extend its reach, creating a sustainable solution that does not continually tap public dollars.”

Bridge Meadows says that the complex's 41 residential units will include 32 elder apartments, nine family townhouse, and a community center.
