Beaverton Police Make 24 DUII Arrests in July

Efforts part of yearlong National Traffic Safety Campaign.

Beaverton Police arrested 24 people for driving under the influence during July. It's part of their yearlong National Traffic Safety Campaign.

That brings the total of DUII drivers taken off the streets of Beaverton to 246 since the beginning of the year.

The department has been able to stage what they call High Visibly Enforcement details with the help of grants.
