Beaverton Police Motorcycle Hit by Vehicle, Officers Looking for Driver

Beaverton Officer Bryan Dalton was conducting a traffic stop near Highway 217 when his motorcycle was struck by a silver Acura MDX.

BEAVERTON, OR – Officers with the Beaverton Police Department are looking for a driver who allegedly hit a police motorcycle and drove away from the scene Tuesday morning.

Around 8:45 a.m. March 21, a silver 2004 Acura MDX with an Oregon “tree” plate reportedly struck Officer Bryan Dalton’s police motorcycle while he was conducting a traffic stop on the on-ramp to north-bound Highway 217 from Southwest Canyon Road in Beaverton.

No one was injured in the incident, though the collision may have damaged the Acura’s side mirror, Dalton said.
