Beaverton Police Seek Driver Who Hit Woman Pushing Stroller

Suspect is on the run after causing minor injuries to the woman. The child was okay.

Beaverton Police are hunting a driver who struck a 27-year-old woman who was pushing a child in a stroller and kept going. The woman was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The child was okay.

It happened around 11:20 Wednesday morning at the intersection of Southwest Canyon and Highway 217.

Police say that the suspect vehicle is described as a grey SUV and that is all they have at this time. They are still waiting to speak with the victim.
