Beaverton Woman Identified as Victim in Fatal Crash
Kwang Park was not in the crosswalk when she was struck.

Beaverton Police identified the woman killed in a fatal crash on Saturday. Sixty-one-year-old Kwang Park was killed as she crossed the street.
It happened around 7:00 Saturday night near the intersection of SW 166th Avenue and West Kiley Way. While there were crosswalks nearby, Park was not using them as she crossed the street.
Police say she was struck by a white Mustang driven by Krishnamurthy Ramakrishnan, 39.

Ramakrishnan stayed at the scene and cooperated.
Ramakrishnan and Park are both residents of Beaverton.

No charges have been filed in connection with the incident.
