Driver Who Struck Four Wasn't Supposed to be Behind the Wheel
Driver's license was medically suspended fifteen years ago says the sheriff's office.

The man who lost control of his SUV on Friday outside of Aloha High School on Friday, sending four people to the hospital should not have been behind the wheel, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
The office states that Jeffrey Leitz, who lost control of his 2005 GMC Yukon, had his license medically suspended in June, 2001. There was no word what he was doing behind the wheel more than 15 years later or how often had heen driving without a license.
The sheriff's office says that on Friday, he drove on the sidewalk - striking a 16-year-old high school student, a 17-year-old high school student, 34-year-old Brian Smith of Portland, and 26-year-old Celsey Smith of Portland.
