Hillsboro Man Involved in Fatal Crash Charged with Manslaughter

Police say both drivers had blood alcohol content over the legal limit.

A man from Hillsboro involved in a fatal crash last week was arrested Thursday and charged with manslaughter.

Armando Gallegos was driving the wrong way on Highway 26 when he crashed into a Honda Civic.

One of the passengers in the Civic died at the scene.

Gallegos is also charged with reckless driving and DUII.
