Stash Cannabis of Beaverton Sued by Stash Tea of Tigard
Tea company charges copyright infringement.
Tigard-based Stash Tea Company, which has been around for nearly 40 years, is suing Beaverton-based Stash Cannabis Company, which opened last September.
The charge is copyright infringement.
The tea company, which filed the suit in Portland Federal Court, says they sent two cease and desist letters to the marijuana dispensary.
