TVF&R: Hazardous Material Leak Prompts Fire Agency Response Thursday
A light vapor was reportedly emanating from a garage at the Andover Apartments in Beaverton April 6.
BEAVERTON, OR – Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue crews responded to reports of a light vapor emanating from a garage unit at the Andover Apartment complex in Beaverton Thursday.
Around 12:30 p.m. April 6, TVF&R officials announced via Twitter that the agency’s Hazardous Response Team remained on scene while the hazardous substance is controlled.

Beaverton police are working to contact the resident and figure out what was going on in the garage. Five occupied units in the building attached to the garage were evacuated.
