Two Arson Suspects Questioned in Beaverton After Car Fire Spreads to Home
Suspects arrested by the Washington County Sheriff's Office in connection with a similar arson.

Two arson suspects are in custody in connection with two fires in Washington County. They were stopped by deputies from the sheriff's office in the area of Southwest 170th Avenue and Southwest Coventry Place.
Once in custody, they determined that they might also be connected to a similar incident that happened Wednesday morning.
In that incident, Beaverton Police were called by Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue to assist on an arson call at 16363 Southwest Timberland Drive.

A car in the driveway had been set on fire. The flames had spread to the siding of the house near a bedroom window. Residents saw the car fully engulfed and the flames spreading.
They made it out of the home and called for help. No one was injured.
