- Check out the options for the area south of Cooper Mountain, currently unincorporated. City Council is considering three alternatives for development of the area, which Metro recently opened to development. The ultimate plan will balance incorporating wildlife, affordable middle housing and commercial spaces. - Beaverton School District Superintendent Dan Grotting announced his retirement earlier this year. BSD recently sent out a survey seeking the community's thoughts on what type of candidate should be considered.
