• Restructuring Committee to Present Findings to School Board Oct. 13 (newsberg.org) — Major changes are on the table for Newberg-Dundee Public Schools, including options that could reshape how Dundee Elementary is used and how large its classes are. A 77-member committee is weighing eight restructuring models, with public feedback feeding into an Oct. 13 presentation and a final school board decision expected Nov. 17 that could affect school closures, grade configurations, and student transitions.
   

• Art Harvest Studio Tour Returns Oct. 2 With 50 Yamhill County Artists (newsberg.org) — Dundee residents can explore working artists' studios right in town as the Art Harvest Studio Tour returns Oct. 2–4 and 9–11 across Yamhill County. For $10, visitors can visit 50 artists in Dundee and nearby communities, watch demonstrations, and buy artwork, including illuminated wooden sculptures by Newberg artist and mentor Ken Trox, who also works with Newberg High School students.
