15-Year-Old Boy Identified As Victim In Gresham Homicide
Lowgunn Ivey, of Portland, was found dead from a gunshot wound at a Gresham Apartment complex. Two other shooting victims survived.

GRESHAM, OR —Gresham Police on Wednesday identified the victim who died in a triple shooting Saturday afternoon at the Columbia Trails apartment complex.
Lowgunn Ivey, a 15-year-old boy from Portland, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police. The Multnomah County Medical Examiner's Office performed the autopsy and ruled the death a homicide.
Two other gunshot victims, a 23-year-old male and a 14-year-old male, were treated at local hospitals for non-life-threatening injuries and have been released. The police department has not released the names of those victims.

According to police, at 3 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to reports of a shooting at the apartment complex, located at 1112 NW 15th Street. Officers arrived to find three shooting victims, one of them deceased.
The area was cordoned off, and Gresham Police detectives and members of the East Multnomah County Major Crimes Team (MCT) began their investigation, police said.

No arrests have been made in the case.
