Jeff Holmes, active with the Gresham Chamber and Senior Center, spends weekly one-on-one time with his teen mentee, building connection through walks, games, and conversations that support East Multnomah County kids.
• Nonprofit to open Black Community Food Hub in Gresham (opb.org subscription) — A new Black Community Food Hub is set to open in Gresham, expanding a Portland-metro nonprofit's work supporting Black, Indigenous and other people of color in food systems.
