Glisan Station Food Cart Pod Is Being Built in Gresham (bridgetownbites.com) — A new food cart pod, Glisan Station, is being built in Gresham's Wilkes East neighborhood, with hopes to open by late December and room for 22 carts plus a full bar. Michael Paulus on Opening His Kinect Opportunity Zone Partnership to Private Wealth Clients (calbizjournal.com) — A major 305‑unit apartment complex near Gresham Station is taking shape as part of an Opportunity Zone fund now being opened to private wealth clients, not just big institutions. For Gresham residents, it signals more housing and investment attention coming to the light‑rail area, along with a sizable tax‑abated project that could influence future development around the station.

Wyden, Merkley, Bonamici, Salinas, Hoyle, Dexter Announce $4.3 Million to Support Public Safety Across Oregon (senate.gov) — Gresham is set to receive $1.05 million in federal Byrne grant funding to expand the East Multnomah Outreach Prevention Intervention program, focused on reducing youth involvement in violent crime and boosting mentoring and workforce readiness.
