Crime Alert! Gresham Police Probe Centennial Middle School Burglaries
Police say the school was burglarized three nights in a row.
Three burglaries. Three nights in a row. Gresham Police say that thieves are targeting Centennial Middle School on Southeast Brooklyn Street where they are making off with electronics.
Police say each of the three nights - Feb. 8, Feb. 9, and Feb. 10 - officers were called to the school after employees had discovered break-ins.

In each case, police believe the thieves gained access to the school by either breaking or prying open a window. They think at least three people are involved.
The school district has hied a private security firm to patrol the grounds during the evening.

They are also offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspects.
