Gresham Fire Department Responds to Early Morning Fire

The Gresham Fire Department, along with deputies from the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office, responded to an early morning fire Saturday at the Imagination Station in Troutdale.

It happened around 4:14 in the morning at 1900 SW Cherry Road.

By the time they got there, the wooden playground was already engulfed in flames.

While they were able to quickly put the fire out, much of the structure was destroyed.

They were able to prevent the fire from spreading.

Investigators believe the fire was intentionally set.
