Missing Man With Down Syndrome Located, Police Say
Benjamin Allen was last seen at his Gresham home on Sept. 22. He reportedly contacted police Sept. 26, after his story hit the local news.
GRESHAM, OR — Police on Tuesday asked the public for helping locating a Gresham man with Down syndrome who'd been missing since last Friday. On Tuesday night, police said the man had been located.
Benjamin Allen, 36, was reportedly last seen at his Northeast Gresham home around 11 a.m. Sept. 22. Police did not indicate where Allen had been or why anyone thought he was missing.
