Twenty-year-old Charles Moi Moi is back in Multnomah County after being extradited earlier in the week from Cowlitz County.
He and two others are charged in connection with a murder in February at SE 174th and Stark.
Law enforcement says Moi Moi and two others had planned to rob the victim who fought back.

KOIN reported the victim, Ravell Sterling, was a talented musician.
One other suspect in the homicide has already been arraigned. The third suspect remains in Cowlitz County Jail.
