Gresham Police Investigate Crash that Sent Eight to Hospitals
Some victims were transported by Life Flight helicopter.
The investigation continues in to what caused a crash Monday night that sent eight people to the hospital in Gresham. The victims were transported by a combination of ambulance and Life Flight helicopter.
The crash between a sedan and a mid-sized truck closed Highway 26 for several hours between Southeast Palmquist Road and Hillyard.
Police believe that the sedan had trouble making the turn on to Palmquist and was t-boned by the truck. They do not believe that alcohol was a factor.
