Gresham Police are investigating a homicide in Main City Park. James Issei Arrington was found dead early Saturday morning.
The 20-year-old man from Gresham was found around 9:00 Saturday morning lying face down near the baseball field. The East County Major Crimes Team is leading the investigation.
