
A teenager arrested last week and charged with the murder of a 19-year-old in Gresham was indicted on Monday in connection with the crime. Jamaine Oliver will be arraigned on Tuesday.
According to court papers, Oliver had admitted shooting Christopher Moss during a fight. Oliver said that Moss had a knife and was trying to stab him.
The incident happened Thursday night in a building near Northeast 162nd Avenue and Glisan Street in Gresham. The two had been in a fight. Moss was taken to a hospital where he died.

Oliver, who turned 18 the day before the shooting, was arrested nearby.
