Man Who Shot at Police Officers Appears in Court
David Allen Charlton was released from the hospital over the weekend and booked into jail. Monday he made his first appearance in court.

A not guilty plea was entered on behalf of David Allen Charlton as he made his first court appearance on Monday.
Charlton was indicted last week on charges including aggravated attempted murder and felony possession of a firearm.
On April 27, he crashed his car in Gresham and fled on foot.
