Multnomah County District Attorney: Robert Delgado Death Investigation Grand Jury Transcripts Released

Today, Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office published a transcript of the grand jury proceedings in the death investigation of Robert Delgado was posted to the District Attorney’s website.

Upon return of a “not true bill” (see press release) in this matter by the grand jury, the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office filed a motion with the presiding court to create and release a transcript of the grand jury proceedings recorded pursuant to ORS 132.260(1).
