Oregon State Police: Gresham Man Killed in Harney County Motorcycle Accident
42-year-old Joshua Grant was killed Wednesday morning when his motorcycle was hit by a passing semi truck 21 miles east of Burns, Ore.

HARNEY COUNTY, OR – A Gresham man died in a motorcycle accident Wednesday morning.
According to Oregon State Police, 42-year-old Joshua Grant was killed after crashing into a semi-tractor trailer 21 miles east of Burns, Ore., on Highway 78 near Newton Road.
Police said Grant was traveling eastbound on Highway 78 when he slowed to turn left onto Newton Road. Following in the semi was 42-year-old Terry Farris of Nevada.

As Grant turned left, police said Farris attempted to pass and crashed into Grant, who died at the scene. Farris was not injured and police said the accident was “not criminal in nature.”
