35 People Arrested Over Weeks-Long, 5-House Interagency Operation
The Washington County Sheriff's Office and Hillsboro Police Department worked together to thwart criminal activity across two cities.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, OR — Seventeen people were arrested over the past week as part of an interagency law enforcement effort to stymie criminal activity at five properties in Washington County. Sheriff's deputies, in coordination with the Hillsboro Police Department, targeted homes in Aloha and Hillsboro for the months-long operation.
On Dec. 15, police announced the arrest of 18 people at one property on Southwest Ping Court in Beaverton. The four other homes involved in the operation were located in the 19500-block of Southwest Blaine Street, the 2900-block of Southwest Cornelius Pass Road, the 3800-block of Southwest Morganfield Terrace, and the 21500-block of Southwest Nicholas Court.
Of all 35 arrests, two were minors, and one woman was arrested twice in three days, Washington County Deputy Shannon Wilde told Patch in an email.

Multiple reports of criminality at the five homes sparked the investigation, Wilde said.
Between Nov. 25 and Dec. 11, 10 people were arrested at the Ping Court house, Wilde said, noting one woman, 30-year-old Cristal Herrera, was arrested twice. Their crimes ranged from vehicle and/or property theft to possession of varying narcotics, police said. Many had felony warrants or were otherwise wanted for probation violations as well.

On Dec. 15, police reportedly detained 17 people at the Ping Court house, ultimately arresting six for menacing with a weapon, possession of narcotics, forgery, and parole and probation violations, police said.
As that particular mission was ending, two other people were arrested after police spotted them in a stolen vehicle previously seen at one of the nuisance houses, Wilde said.

During an overnight mission Dec. 29, police arrested 14 people — including a juvenile who was allegedly caught with a modified rifle of some kind. Those arrestees were also charged with a variety of crimes, including possession of methamphetamines and heroin, and carrying a concealed weapon; and again, several had warrants.
On Jan. 4, deputies arrested two people at the Blaine Street house after serving a search warrant. Those individuals were arrested on an outstanding warrant and for delivery and possession of meth.

Throughout the entire operation, police recovered stolen property, multiple stolen vehicles, and drugs.
According to Wilde, the following people were arrested in relation to the Ping Court house; their respective charges are noted:
- Abdi Rahman Aden, 23 — menacing
- Loren Joseph Baker Jr., 22 — possession of methamphetamine
- (Editor's Note: It's worth mentioning, in 2006, Loren Baker Sr. was cited in Marion County for failure to send child to or maintain child in school. It's not entirely clear whether the child in question was Baker Jr.; if it was, however, junior would have been 11 years old at the time. Baker Jr.'s criminal history begins with trespass and disorderly conduct charges in 2013.)
- Johnathan David Carroll, 27 — unlawful entry into a motor vehicle
- Aaron Michael Diocson Jr., 25 — Diocson Jr. was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to meet the requirements of his probation — specifically, meth use and failing to engage in substance abuse treatment
- (Editor's Note: Following an arrest for harassment, sex abuse, and interfering with public transportation in May 2016, Diocson Jr. was sentenced to 18 months probation in July 2016. He was subsequently rearrested in December 2016, July 2017, and most recently at the Ping Court house all for using meth and not showing up for treatment. On Jan. 2, another warrant was issued after Diocson once again failed to show up for treatment. This time, however, it appears the court is seeking actual incarceration in lieu of continued, unsuccessful supervision.)
- Kamil Abdi Mohamed Hassan, 26 — possession of methamphetamine
- Christine Kahulaoklaeiopua Hema, 39 — identity theft (two counts), forgery, possession of forged instrument, and possession of methamphetamine (two counts)
- (Editor's Note: Hema has faced various combinations of these charges six other times since 2004.)
- Cristal Herrera, 30 (arrested twice in 3 days) — Patch could not determine Herrera's specific charges
- Alyssa Louise Jamieson, 19 — possession of methamphetamine and theft
- (Editor's Note: Jamieson did not appear for her schedule treatment intake following her Nov. 27 arrest and release. A warrant has since been issued for her arrest.)
- Edward Ling, 53 — Patch could not determine Ling's specific charges
- Quintesa Kevana Manning, 26 — Patch could not determine Manning's specific charges
- Alaeldin Elrasheed Mohamed, 20 — possession of methamphetamine
- Tonia Roselle Osuna, 46 — It appears Osuna was arrested on an outstanding warrant
- Austin Brooks Putney, 25 — driving under the influence of intoxicants (cannabis), and possession of methamphetamine
- Robert Jerome Seaberg, 28 — theft, identity theft (two counts), forgery, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and escape
- Anthoney Lorenzo Smith, 32 — Smith was arrested on an outstanding warrant for an arrest in October, for which he was charged with possession of methamphetamine. After failing to appear at his next court hearing, another warrant was issued for Smith's arrest Dec. 27. He remains at large.
- Devin Edward Tyler, 31 — A sex offender from Washington State with a history of meth possession and theft charges in Oregon, Tyler was arrested Dec. 17 for theft.
- Parker Jeffery Vanek, 20 — criminal mischief (two counts)
The following were arrested Dec. 29 and Jan. 4: (Bogart and Havis were arrested today on the warrant service this morning)
- Fabian Camacho Argueta, 22 — It appears Argueta was arrested on an outstanding warrant
- Whitney Marie Bogart, 33 — possession of methamphetamine (arrested Jan. 4)
- (Editor's Note: Bogart has been arrested and charged with possession of meth and/or heroin seven times since 2011. She also has a handful of theft charges and one criminal trespass on her record.)
- David Collins, 40 — Patch could not verify Collins' arrest information
- Rhiannon Davis, 41 — Patch could not verify Davis' arrest information
- Pricilla Marie Garza, 37 — possession of methamphetamine, supplying contraband, and hit and run
- Jessica Gray, 25 — Patch could not verify Gray's arrest information
- Ashley Dawn Havis, 31 — possession of methamphetamine and heroin, as well as a warrant for violating her probation for identical possession charges earned in May 2017 (arrested Jan. 4)

- Tyson Brady Lyon, 34 — theft and possession of heroin
- Miguel Angel Ortiz-Bolanos, 32 — possession of methamphetamine and theft
- Christopher Lee Patterson, 22 — It appears Patterson was arrested on warrants out of Coos County for theft charges. Patterson also has an open felony case stemming from possession of meth and theft charges in Clackamas County.
- Nathan Richard Peirce, 36 — possession of methamphetamine
- Jimmy Shumaker Jr., 39 — theft
- Spencer Jordan Vanausdle, 27 — unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, assault (two counts), criminal mischief, and possession of methamphetamine. Additionally, Vanausdle was marked as a fugitive from justice Jan. 3.
- (Editor's Note: An indictment was written for Vanausdle following an incident Nov. 28, the day before his birthday. According to the indictment, Vanausdle stole a 1999 Honda Civic, ran from police when they tried to pull him over, then caused an accident that injured two women — a mother and daughter — as well as himself. Upon his arrest, Vanausdle was found in possession of meth. Patch has reached out to the Washington County Sheriff's Office for more specifics and will update this particular entry when it responds.)
