Driver Arrested After Hitting Teenager
The boy was taken to the hospital as a precaution but did not appear to be injured.
A driver is under arrest after striking a 13-year-old boy and the driving away.
And while the driver did turn around to return to the scene, he then drove into a ditch.
Police say he will likely face DUII and hit and run charges.

It happened around 3:30 Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Southeast River and Witch Hazel Roads.
The teen was brought to a hospital to be checked out but is believed to be okay.
