Fatal Car Crash In Cornelius Early Monday, Sheriff Says
Rony Reyes-Castellanos, 48, was killed when his Ford pickup truck collided with several light police before ending up on its side.

CORNELIUS, OR — Rony Reyes-Castellanos, a 48-year-old Cornelius man, was killed early Monday when the Ford pickup truck he was driving crashed into several light poles before coming to a rest on its side near North Adair Street and North 20th Avenue, police said.
Washington County Sheriff's officials believe speed was a factor in the crash.

Witnesses reported the crash around 1:30 a.m. Oct. 23. Reyes-Castellanos died in the truck before first responders arrived on-scene, police said.

Police believe Reyes-Castellanos also hit two vehicles in Hillsboro, where additional witnesses reportedly saw him driving recklessly.
