Guard at Women's Prison Charged With Sexual Misconduct
Edgar Mickles was arrested Wednesday.
A corrections officer at the Coffee Creek Correctional Facility in Wilsonville is under arrest, charged with sexual misconduct. Edgar Mickles allegedly had sex with a female inmate.
Mickles was arrested Wednesday after an investigation by the Oregon State Police. He's been assigned to Coffee Creek since 2013.
He allegedly had sex with a female inmate at least twice between last December and this past February.

He is charged with eight counts of first-degree custodial sexual misconduct, three counts of second-degree, and one count of official misconduct.
