  • $19.2 million for the Willamette Water Supply Program
  • • $5.35 million for the completion of the Public Works Facility
  • • $5.3 million for the extension of 253rd Avenue and Huffman Road
  • • $5 million for the expansion of the Hillsboro Police Department headquarters
  • • $4.6 million for the Pavement Management Program
  • • $4 million for the construction of a Public Safety Training Facility
  • • $4 million for architectural design of the Hillsboro Community Center at 53rd Avenue
  • • $2.4 million for bike/pedestrian improvements on Jackson School Road• $2.1 million for the development of the Orenco Woods Nature Park
  • • $1.8 million for improvements to NE 28th Avenue
  • • $1.75 million for the widening of Cedar Street near Brookwood Elementary School, including sidewalks
  • • $1.7 million for safety improvements on Golden Road, including sidewalks and bike lanes
  • • $1.5 million for enhancements in Downtown Hillsboro
  • • $160,000 in support for the City's Public Art Program• $100,000 from the City's Enterprise Zone fund to continue Hillsboro's support for the PCC Future Connect Program
  • • A net total of 20 new, full-time equivalent (FTE) positions to help meet the community's demand for services
