Hillsboro Council Meetings Are Now In Person And Virtual

Beginning in April 2022, community members will be able to participate in Hillsboro City Council meetings in person, via Zoom on a computer or mobile device, or by phone call. Closed captioning is available.

This hybrid and accessible model reflects the City of Hillsboro’s commitment to transparency and to engaging community members in decision-making.

City Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7 pm in the Conference Room 113 B&C of the Hillsboro Civic Center. Any scheduled work sessions would start at 6 pm. If additional work sessions are scheduled, they would take place following conclusion of the meeting.

Sign Up To Speak or Submit Written Comment

With each City Council meeting, community members have up to three minutes to provide public comment – and you can sign up to speak ahead of each meeting or during the meeting.

Written comments may also be emailed to Council@Hillsboro-Oregon.gov before 8 am on the day of the meeting. The City Recorder will distribute statements to the Council in advance.

• Contact the entire City Council directly through our City website. The Council reads all submitted comments, which can number in the hundreds throughout the year.
