Hillsboro Police Arrest Hit and Run Driver
Police say that Christopher Parmelee hit a 75-year-old woman and kept going.
Hillsboro Police have arrested a 25-year-old man for striking a 75-year-old woman with his car earlier this week and then just driving away.
Christopher Parmelee of Hillsboro is charged with failure to perform the duties of a driver.
The woman that police say he hit remains hospitalized with a head injury.

Hillsboro Police say that the woman was struck around 4:50 Sunday afternoon by the intersection of Minter Bridge Road and River Road.
