Hillsboro School Board Says No to Contraceptives in High School
Vote came after much emotional discussion, consideration of alternatives.

The Hillsboro School District Board Tuesday night reject a plan that would have allowed contraceptives to be offered to students at a health clinic inside Century High School.
it was a close vote - 4-3 - that fell along gender lines with the four male members of the board voting against it and the three women voting in favor of it.
The proposal would have allowed for oral contraceptives to be distributed - with parental approval.
